Hello everyone and thank you for visiting our website! Today, I want to share with you some tips and tricks for healthy weight-loss. First of all, I want you to know that 75% of your weight-loss can be found in your kitchen, but, we always recommend that you exercise properly and without getting hurt. Secondly, it is up to you! As personal trainers, we give advice to our clients, on how to improve their dietary habits, and how to make their efforts pay-off, but it is up to you to take action and to stick to the nutritional plan we give you. 

Now, here are some recommendations that we would like to give you to help you lose weight effectively. Most people will experience a healthy loss of weight, with these simple dietary habits.

1- Eat breakfast between 30 minutes to 1hr after you wake up
2- Eat a healthy snack after 2 hours (Green Veggies/Protein bar/Protein shake)
3- Eat lunch no earlier than 2 hours after your snack, and eat lots of green veggies and lean meat
4- Eat a healthy snack after 2 hours (Green Veggies/Protein bar/Protein shake)
5- Eat dinner at least 2-3 hours before you go to sleep.

If you stick to this routine, not only should your metabolism speed up and you will be receiving a better nutrition over all!
